    Green's did the flowers for my wedding, and they did an amazing job for a reasonable price! I was extremely impressed with how well they understood the look I was going for, how they didn't try to oversell me, and how they used their expertise to make it even more amazing than I could have imagined. They also went above and beyond to source wood slabs that I wanted for my centerpieces at a reasonable price. I received many compliments on the arrangements from the guests as well!

    I grew up in Brookfield and have known of Green's since I was a child, so when I wanted to send flowers to my Grandma I thought I would try them out. Huge mistake. Normally I use Brookfield Gardens which are beautiful every time! Wish I would have stuck to my normal place because Greens was a huge disappointment. When I called in to order flowers I had first went on their website to see different options. I told them what bouquet I loved and asked if that was possible. Only difference was I didn't want the yellow roses in the bouquet and asked for a different color. They said no problem at all. I told them I wanted to spend around $75 which I thought was very reasonable and from the picture and my experience with that price point in this area, the bouquet should be great. When my Grandma received the flowers she absolutely loved them; however when they sent me a picture to my surprise they looked NOTHNG like the bouquet I told them I wanted. Plus the bouquet looked like I spent $35 not $75. So at this point I was disappointed with the arrangement and decided to call Greens and ask what happened and why the bouquet looked so different from the picture.... This is where my 1 star comes into play. Extremely Poor customer service. The girl that answered the phone seemed to barely care that I was calling to let her know I was disappointed in the flower arrangement bc it looked nothing like the website. She goes on the explain that the pictures on the website are from Telaflora (basically stock photos). Which I am perfectly aware of that but if you use that company to advertise what type of arrangements you can do, and when someone calls and specifically says they want a specific arrangement. If you cannot deliver that. Tell me when They order them! Don't let me find out after they are delivered. The girl then goes on and tells me that the pictures on the website are like those you can get at Giant Eagle (local grocery store) and Greens are custom made. 1. I highly doubt you can buy an arrangement for $75 at GE. 2. I am highly aware you custom make bouquets. 3. If you think those pictures are "grocery store" quality then why the heck are you advertising them for your store?????? 4. To be honest the flowers my Grandma got looked like grocery store quality not a customized bouquet from a local florist shop who has been in business forever. I could not believe how incredibly rude she was to me. Then she says "well if you have a problem with the bouquet you can call the owner himself as he designed and made the bouquet". 1. I appreciate he had a vision for my bouquet I order but how rude was the girl to give me this gilt story on the actual owner making it. 2. Maybe she should have just said she will talk to him and get back with me. So sorry I was unhappy. Etc. etc. nope. Just totally rude. So my conversation ended like this: Me: okay I will call him. Thank you for being so rude to me today. Girl from Greens: you are welcome (hangs up the phone) If I owned or managed this store she would be fired. Such horrible customer service I will never use greens again and will tell everyone about my experience. Not sure how they have stayed in business this long!

I ordered flowers, to the tune of $113.89…read more My only request, which is noted in my order, that I have no carnations, and to ensure there are roses like in the picture. Not only did I not get the roses as pictured, I got spray roses which are the much smaller than regular roses and a bunch of carnations. So when I called to let the man who took my order know, he wanted to go and take the flowers away from my goddaughter, and then bring them back after he fixed them. I said absolutely not, you can not go take the flowers away from her, that seemed very odd to do. All I wanted him to do was to please adjust my order and give me a credit for the error, as I didn't get what I ordered. Simple request that was met with meanness from this man & being told that I was being unreasonable because I didn't want him to take the flowers away from my goddaughter. It felt like taking candy away from a kid after giving it to her, seemed and felt really uncool to do. I have sent multiple bouquets from this place and they have been stunning, which I told him at the time I placed my order, but this time my order was far from that and I felt for their error I should have received an adjustment. I indicated multiple times, no need to take the flowers back, just credit my account. Of which I did receive $21.50 back in the end. Flash forward 2 months and I just called to order another rather large bouquet and the lady told me I was banned from purchasing flowers from them. That apparently I was so unkind to them asking for what I ordered that she told me "there are plenty of flower shops, go find another one honey!" Well then... guess I will go find another one! Just WOW! Here is the price we pay for wanting what we ordered and paid for! Oh and she said "you would be really petty if you went viral with this informations as well". Guess I'm now petty and unkind!

    My son in Colorado sent me flowers for my birthday and used Edwards Flowers. The bouquet I received…read morewas beautiful, lasted for over 10 days and then I was able to take a part of it and create another small bouquet that is cute. This was my 84th birthday and I happened to be sick. Funny is that they ordered a Happy Birthday balloon but I got a Get Well Soon balloon. The delivery person and I had a good laugh over that because it was correct too!
