I've been using Green's Floral Shop for years for every one of my floral needs. They always did a beautiful job....until now. My daughters Homecoming dance is about a week and a half away so I called to order a bouquet and boutonniere for her and her date. The woman who answered the phone cut me off mid sentence saying "we're sold out." I tried to explain to her that the dance isn't this Saturday, but it's not until next Saturday, and I was cut off again, "doesn't matter, we're not doing anymore," then hung up on me! This isn't the first time I've spoken to a rude woman there, but I always let it slide because they did a good job. Save your money and go to a florist who's employees actually want and appreciate your business. Green's won't be getting any more of my, or my families business again. read more

They did a fantastic job for three big events I had this fall. A baby shower, a 50 th anniversary banquet for our company and a 50 th wedding anniversary. The flowers were gorgeous and appropriate for each event and Mark, the owner, Samantha, his assistant and the rest of the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. They love flowers and know their craft very well so their guidance is very much appreciated. They tried to understand the look we wanted and taylor make floral pieces that reflected our vision. I was extremely impressed with how well they understood the look I was going for, how they didn't try to oversell me, and how they used their expertise to make it even more amazing than I could have imagined. I grew up in Brookfield and have known of Green's since I was a child, so when I wanted to send flowers to my Grandma I thought I would try them out. Huge mistake. Normally I use Brookfield Gardens which are beautiful every time! Wish I would have stuck to my normal place because Greens was a huge disappointment. When I called in to order flowers I had first went on their website to see different options. I told them what bouquet I loved and asked if that was possible. Only difference was I didn't want the yellow roses in the bouquet and asked for a different color. They said no problem at all. I told them I wanted to spend around $75 which I thought was very reasonable and from the picture and my experience with that price point in this area, the bouquet should be great. When my Grandma received the flowers she absolutely loved them; however when they sent me a picture to my surprise they looked NOTHNG like the bouquet I told them I wanted. Plus the bouquet looked like I spent $35 not $75. So at this point I was disappointed with the arrangement and decided to call Greens and ask what happened and why the bouquet looked so different from the picture.... This is where my 1 star comes into play. Extremely Poor customer service. The girl that answered the phone seemed to barely care that I was calling to let her know I was disappointed in the flower arrangement bc it looked nothing like the website. She goes on the explain that the pictures on the website are from Telaflora (basically stock photos). Which I am perfectly aware of that but if you use that company to advertise what type of arrangements you can do, and when someone calls and specifically says they want a specific arrangement. If you cannot deliver that. Tell me when They order them! Don't let me find out after they are delivered. The girl then goes on and tells me that the pictures on the website are like those you can get at Giant Eagle (local grocery store) and Greens are custom made. 1. I highly doubt you can buy an arrangement for $75 at GE. 2. I am highly aware you custom make bouquets. 3. If you think those pictures are "grocery store" quality then why the heck are you advertising them for your store?????? 4. To be honest the flowers my Grandma got looked like grocery store quality not a customized bouquet from a local florist shop who has been in business forever. I could not believe how incredibly rude she was to me. Then she says "well if you have a problem with the bouquet you can call the owner himself as he designed and made the bouquet". 1. I appreciate he had a vision for my bouquet I order but how rude was the girl to give me this gilt story on the actual owner making it. 2. Maybe she should have just said she will talk to him and get back with me. So sorry I was unhappy. Etc. etc. nope. Just totally rude. So my conversation ended like this: Me: okay I will call him. Thank you for being so rude to me today. Girl from Greens: you are welcome (hangs up the phone) If I owned or managed this store she would be fired. Such horrible customer service I will never use greens again and will tell everyone about my experience. Not sure how they have stayed in business this long! read more

Buyer beware you will not get what you pay for. Although the product is pretty it's a rip off from what you are quoted and want. I order my wedding flowers from here and the process was easy and the lady helping me was fantastic. Unfortunately even after sending a few pictures of what I wanted my flowers looked nothing like what I was promised and paid for. I wanted and was priced all roses but my flowers were not all roses they were about half roses half filler flowers. I emailed them after basically explaining that I paid for all roses (which are more expensive then the flowers I received) and I got an oh sorry but not sorry type reply. read more

My husband came home a week before Valentine's Day and he brought home the most BEAUTIFUL bunch of Lilly's I have ever seen. The scent was amazing and they lasted well beyond the holiday. I also would like to say the presentation was out of this world. We have Never had a problem with anything we have requested from Greens. The people there are respectful, and professional. As for the owner he's always been great to work with. We would highly recommend Greens for all floral needs. read more

Wow! The roses at my nephew's wedding yesterday were truly spectacular. The bride had asked for red roses and the hundreds of roses were all perfectly matched, gorgeous, huge, and at their absolute peak. The table arrangements were done so that even those on the pedestal vases could be taken home at the end of the evening. Imagine how much my mom is enjoying an arrangement of 15 huge red roses after her grandson's wedding. read more

I currently live in DC but I grew up in Masury and Green's was always the place to go. When I was planning my wedding my first stop when searching for a florist was of course Green's. I took pictures of all of the things I had pinned on pinterest and told Mark what I was looking for. At a later date he met me at the church and we discussed what I wanted . The day of the wedding I was so pleased and amazed by his work. His visions are amazing, everything was perfect, the bouquets, the church, the reception venue. I still order bouquets to send to family members as well and in my opinion, he is a top notch, amazing florist. All of my local and out of town DC family and friends thought so as well. read more
