I have contacted this company to get three jackets screen printed with numbers. When I called a representative picked up and I was not very pleased with their service. Right when I called I stated the following, " hello, could I ask you a question..." And the lady responds yeah... And I said, "oh ok could I do screen printing if it's a few items and not in bulk... Cause..." And she immediately responds by cutting me off in mid sentence and says, no! And I was taken a back. So I said,"oh I mean for numbers." And she just says, yeah in an annoyed tone. I ask her how much and I can hear her frustration. I mean how am I supposed to know how much their prices are? In other words, their customer service did not seem at all friendly. I personally believe that customer service deserves a majority of my stars. However, please keep in mind that this is an interaction with just one staff. I may have a different experience when I go into the store and is introduced to a more friendly staff member. Once I place an order and get my items, I will update my review. Initially, the dialogue started off great, he was very responsive to what I wanted. However, after the initial contact it went awry wrong. I'd planned a surprise party for my mother and granted it was several days before the party that I contacted him to make two t-shirts, he assured me there was no problem with my request. Two days before the party I sent a email on status as well as to make arrangements for pickup and payment -- nothing! The day before I called, no answer, get a return call several hours later to yet again be assured that my shirts would be ready for pickup that night and that I could call when I was ready because his shop was in-house. I called about 9:20 pm, no answer, left a message, no response. Tried reaching out the morning of --NOTHING!! Not even a courtesy return call, to say anything. I'm not even sure if the previous 5 star review is valid, based off the customer service or lack there of from this company if there was a -star situation, this company definitely gets it! Take your t-shirt business to a more reputable, reliable and consumer friendly business; this one is definitely not it!!!
