Apparently, this person does not know many lawyers. Many lawyers will "Work out of their car" or meet a client someplace conveinent for both parties. But I can assure you that ms Embrey's client information is safe at all times. As for her "being all about the money", I guess that's why she's always doing stuff for people who have no money? As well as a separate case. We were prepared to go to court for two months for the custody case but at the last minute my child's father suggested we come to an agreement on our own instead of going to court and letting a Judge decide what would be in the best interest of our child. I was told that this would be the cheaper route by Mrs. Embrey because the time would be shorter and she does not charge as much as she does when she is representing a client in a courtroom. My Ex's attorney told him this as well. We met at the Guardian Ad Lietms office, in separate rooms with our attorneys, while the Guardian Ad Lietm walked back and forth telling us what they wanted in the court ordered agreement and vice versa. I felt like we were in high school passing notes. After three hours of this we finally came to our agreement. A few weeks later I was emailed an invoice by Mrs. Embrey's receptionist, Terry. I was charged the exact same amount as I would have been if we were in a courtroom. Now going on to the seperate case I had. The first hearing I had Mrs. Embrey never showed up! She didn't call or text me. Nothing at all. I called her receptionist, Terry and she had to keep calling her numerous times. Heather gave me a call after my hearing was over and said she was very sick and slept through her alarm and that she was very sorry and that she would take money off of the flat rate that she had originally charged me. Which was $1,500. Terry never took money off of my bill. Mrs. Embrey claims that I still owe her more than $3,500. I do not believe that I do. I paid this woman a "flat rate" on two separate occasions of $1,500 for this separate case. She told me that since the case was moved to a higher court it would be another $1,500. This woman is just about money. She can't juggle her home life and work life. Please beware.

They were available 24 hours a day and they kept communication open. Jessica was the best, and she really went above and beyond to make sure my brother was safe. My brother's public defender was MIA and Jessica stepped up. After Jessica visited my brother, she gave my brother her number so that he could call her and she would give my bother my number which he didn't remember. I don't know what Furlong Law Offices did but my brother's public defender was located, and he was able to visit my bother. My brother does have health issues; and was finally granted a bond. I'm so grateful for Furlong Law Office because when I was desperate for help in finding my brother, they were the only Law Office to help, and I will forever be grateful.

I learned more about my situation in two weeks from him then I did in eighteen months from the person handling my fathers will. Now he did take a little more time then I wanted him to. This only because I have been dealing with a boso before I contacted Mr. Ackerman. However, the outcome is well worth the wait. He was very professional taking over my case. Nice not just because I was a client I mean he is a really nice person that cares about people that are getting screwed over. Mr. Ackerman stayed on top of everything and we only contacted each other when needed. Trust me you don't have to keep calling him. When something new or important comes up he will contact you. The meetings and calls were kept to under an hour. Now that doesn't seem like much but trust me he is all about the work and getting everything wrapped up as fast as he can. With that being said from before he goes the extra mile to make sure if you ever do end up in court the outcome will be in your favor. He started pulling all the paperwork dealing with my situation and even he was in shock the way I was being treated. With a little time, he got things back on track by force but in a nice way. We have finished our end for now. He told me to give him a call in three months if everything is not wrapped up and trust me I will. He was aggressive and profession in a polite way. He gave the other party plenty of chances to do the right thing. We would have gone to court and with everything he gathered, we would have won guaranteed. But like I said he gives the other party fair enough warning and chances before if he has to take action that way. Ok now for the part on how I found Mr. Ackerman. I called nine different lawyers and four different firms. Mr. Ackerman's name was who they all thought of as the first person to call as he specialized in my situation. I also called four different accountant groups. Thus to make sure how bad I was getting screwed over before I decided to go forward. I am and was 100 percent very satisfied With Mr. Ackerman.
