So the drivers took a pic of it and said that I'll most likely get a replacement. Well now apparently there is nothing that can do about the ottoman. They are telling me that this was a closeout purchase which means the couch is sold as is EVEN BROKEN, oh and get this I CANT GET THE WARRANTY EITHER.. Like having your line jerked on every cast. I have elderly parents and he was patient, helpful and kind throughout the entire trip. Even when caught trout that were under the legal limit he showed his true character and honored his trust in the rules. There wasn't a time when it got boring even when the fish weren't hungry. He provided water when it got hot and even offered Gatorade for my dad. He's very knowledgeable but doesn't act cocky. He'll help you cast the perfect line but leave the rest to you so you feel accomplished when you reel in the big catch. When your tour is over he'll clean and prepare your fish for you and give you some pointers on how to cook them. I highly recommend using Captain Jack. We'll definitely be back next year.

I went in and picked out my frames and gave them my prescription from my previous eye doctor and was told my glasses would be ready in about two hours. So Mr. pro took a look at my prescription, and compared it to what the lady wrote up earlier this afternoon and found that instead of putting down a plus for each of my lenses she put down a negative strength... And yes, everybody makes mistakes, but she didn't doublecheck what she wrote down in comparison to the copy of my prescription that she had with my order, and the individuals back in their lab that created my glasses did not verify the documents as well, putting me in the situation where I have to get my disabled husband out of the house into the car and back to the store to pick them up tomorrow. Big inconvenience over something that really should've been verified by them before doing the work. Also, they offer no military discount, and did not offer me a discount for my trouble.
