I was in the area and decided to stop by and check out the semi annual sale, I found a table with…read morebras which were placed neatly by size in different bins/containers...they were marked down 50% and were a multitude of colors and designs. I found 2 bras that were identical one neon pink, one black and decided since they were marked down I'd get both. They had them both in almost every size on the table, (I had to search for them because some of them had been mixed in with other sizes) and I found two black and one pink. I had decided to get both but when I made it to the register, I changed my mind and told the cashier I'd just get one black plus the others I had picked up. Our interactions from the moment I first approached the register were very offsetting, she was rude and acted as if she was bothered by being at work. I had looked through my offers online and saw that I had a free panty with the purchase of a bra over 14.50, I asked if sales bras were included and she mumbled "no I don't THINK they are" and I just said okay, because it's either yes, no or I'll check but she was not looking too or nor did she offer to check. Once ringing up the black bra, it showed full price and she tells me "this isn't on sale" and drops it in my bag and in the midst of me replying "it was on the table with multiple bras that were the same price" she completely ignores me and walks off to help another cashier in which she approached and was automatically rude to her customers (a mother and daughter) as well yelling at them regarding how long she'd been there and more but they were not rude and honestly hadn't even said anything to her. Once she came back to my register, I explained that maybe she should check the other black bra because it could be possible that they were somewhat different, I was ignored and had to ask her multiple times to do so--when she finally did it and it still showed full price she looked at me with a "anything else" stare and I tried to explain that the bra was on the sales table with multiple sizes, as I'm explaining she's talking over me saying "what would you like to do?" , "do you want me to take it off", and then stated "it's not on sale, it's not on sale" numerous times...not really giving me time to even respond to her "question"! She started to frustrate me, as she knew that she was being very rude and she felt entitled to do so , so I just told her to remove the bra since I she wanted to be rude and act like she hasn't heard anything I've said , she removed it and gave me my total without any care. Once I was paying she walked to the back counter and started doing something else, I slid my card--forgetting it was locked and she comes back and loudly says you need to try another card, I giggled and said no I don't need to try another card, my card was locked ...I'll unlock it! She then again loudly states you need to try another card-as I'm making my payment. In which I politely told her was unnecessary, as this was the first time during the entire encounter that she spoke loud enough to me for me to even hear her. My payment went through she handed me my bag not asking anything about how or where I wanted my receipt and definitely not a thank you for shopping or have a nice day. I left frustrated and honestly disgusted by her nasty attitude and horrible customer service. But was not in the mood to keep trying to talk over her to ask for a manager. I hope that this day was just a bad day for her and that this was not her every day attitude with customers, because I personally would rather not deal with any sales rep with that attitude EVER. This was on a Tuesday between 12 and 2 pm.

She remembered how, back in high school, all the girls would visit Austin in the summer and get a Tyler's shirt. Now she's a true originator with a Racquet & Jog tee. They have recently remodeled the space since the last time I was in Tyler, and it is huge now. There are so many great brands to shop from, including Patagonia, Anthropologie, Vuori, Howler Brothers, and more. Plus, they have a great selection of shoes and other equipment. A young lady named Avery F helped us find 2 other items because we don't know current styles as well for a birthday gift. We were thankful for her help. We even found a sale on one item making it a better value!!
