He worked with our budget and went above and beyond. His team was also very kind and accommodating to our requests throughout the renovation. He beat all the other quotes I received. His team built my parents quality hand made cabinets and they added small touches. The work completely changed and modernized the kitchen. Some of the things he did was replace the dated cabinets, replaced fluorescent tube lights with can lighting, installed a garbage disposal, electrical outlets, under light cabinet lighting, quartz counters, and removed portions of the all that wasted space. I bought a house for short term rental house and I was looking for a contractor that can help me renovate the kitchen, completely relayout, and build a U shaped community bench in the dining area that maximize the space. The catch is.. it has to be done within 2-3 months. Everyone either refused the job or gave us crazy insane quote! And then I found Edwin Home improvement! Edwin is so professional and super friendly. He communicates everything in details and well. He provides me with the drawing plans within a couple days and also 3d. I am an interior architect in the past, I provide him with the 3d drawings but not too details and Edwin is kind enough to bring his experience and expertise to the table to make sure it's buildable. Edwin and team did a wonderful job remodeling our kitchen. He was so flexible from the beginning and came to our house late one evening to give us an estimate. During the meeting, he provided great insights on what options we should consider (full remodel vs. refinish, pros and cons, pricing, etc.). We ended up going with the option to refinish our kitchen cabinets to replace the doors and paint, and he replaced our island with a brand new one and re-did all the lighting as well. The bathroom rennovation involved rebuilding the shower (the original one had a leaky basin) and building a beautiful new vanity with a matching set of cabinets.
