I have very fine hair and he took this into consideration when deciding to do under highlights. The shine is incredible and the color lasts over three months. The salon is sparkling clean -- there is plenty of parking. The staff is very attentive and sat and talked to me while I was processing. They responded promptly and set me up with an appointment, assuring me nobody there was inexperienced I jelled with this guy Jonathan that was just a really cool individual and really knew how to cut hair. I usually do like a little medium feed and keep it high on top, he definitely did a stellar job. If you need a cut in general, I get them in Denver, I get them in DC, and get them in Virginia Beach, on the regular. This dude does just as good of a job is anybody I would trust. Everything was nice and neat but there was a lingering cloud of steam and heat treated hair. While my mom got settled in for the hair washing, I paid for the treatment with the tip included. They were done fon start to finish in about an hour which includes blowout. Some feedback my mom gave me was that there were instances where the steam burned her scalp. Also, the hair dresser spoke minimally to her which was a turnoff to my mom because she is very social. I would give the experience a 5/5 for speed and ease of payment but 2/5 for the burns and low social interaction.
