My complaint is, they should've told us when we were standing there that it was going to be a while and suggest we come back later, but not one thing was said, which I felt was very unprofessional and thoughtless. I never write negative reviews but this time I thought it was the appropriate thing to do. Hopefully, they will read this and be more aware of their customers needs. By the way, I did leave, went down the street to the UPS store near Safeway walked in and within five minutes they were finished.
