They don't always open on time, which is REALLY inconvenient for those of us who work during the day and don't have time to wait 30 minutes for them to open past their scheduled hours. My packages seem to get to where they're going so that part works great, I guess. read more

I was at PJ's to get something notarized which would have taking 5 mins max. I waiting 42 mins while they were helping someone else. I finally ask how much longer it would be and it would probably be another 10 minutes. My complaint is, they should've told us when we were standing there that it was going to be a while and suggest we come back later, but not one thing was said, which I felt was very unprofessional and thoughtless. I never write negative reviews but this time I thought it was the appropriate thing to do. Hopefully, they will read this and be more aware of their customers needs. By the way, I did leave, went down the street to the UPS store near Safeway walked in and within five minutes they were finished. read more

I had a bad experience with the notary service at PJ's, The person who attended me was Andrew, I went there to request a notarization for a power of attorney letter. He told me he couldn't not sing or seal anything, claiming it was illegal in California, even when I showed my ID and documents, this indicates his lack of knowledge. The service he provided was terrible, also he made make copies and charged me at the end of course to make business and at the end he said nop, I'm not going to sign, go find an other person. he needs better attitude. I am Mexican a honest person who came to request a notarization letter that i need to send to Mexico, his attitude was awful, an to me it felt like racism. Please avoid coming to this store where they are not capable of serving a diverse clientele. read more

I've been using this business to send packages to my family out of state for a couple years now and every time it is a wonderful experience they do get busy so patience is required sometimes but when you do get to eventually speak to them, they are always awesome and more than willing to help A+ what a wonderful wonderful business read more

How lucky we are to have this store in our town. I initially used the store for notary services and amazed they always have someone able to notarize documents versus just on certain days. Seems other places do not even offer notary services anymore. Everyone here has been so helpful and nice. Seems like I pick up a bag of pistachios every time now too. read more

I rarely need mail service but when I do I try to go out of my way to use PJ's. They are family owned and operated, the staff is always helpful. The parking lot can be tricky at lunch hour, but that is the only down fall. read more

We went in for Notary service. Tracy was quick, very friendly and I could tell she cared that her customers were satisfied. She assured me they ALWAYS have one, and sometimes two, Notaries available. They also are both FedEx and UPS shippers. I wasn't aware PJ's was there and, I had gone first to the UPS store down the road. I had called Friday to make sure they had Notary service, but when I walked in this morning they informed me they didn't have one until tomorrow. Next time I'll go directly to PJ's for their service as advertised. read more

My father who speaks no English needed very important documents printed last minute and because he does not own a printer, I sent the documents to the store for printing. I called the store to give them a heads up that he was on his way to pick up the documents. He lives down the street. The girl on phone said they were closing in 5 min (5pm) . To avoid any more time taken from them I gave them the information they would need to print the copies ahead of time. They agreed to do that for him. My father got there at 5:01 and they refused to open the door for him. He knocked on the window and they just stared at him. No answer. Why would they agree to print the copies and then not acknowledge the person picking them? I'm an in shock that this is how they treat their customers. Is 1 min past closing really too much to ask? I came here today because the post office does not open until 10:00 and I was blown away by the excellent customer service! Tracy helped me out and although there was a line of customers and more people trickling in, Tracy greeted every person that walked in the door with a smile. She worked quickly to ensure my boxes were packed safely and sent off to arrive before Christmas. I will be coming here instead of the post office, UPS or FedEx. Amazing experience! read more

As a student I rent a lot of my textbooks, which means I have to mail them back. PJ's is my go to spot for mailing. I usually try to keep the boxes that my books were mailed in and I take that in with my book and shopping label, they tape it off and send it on its way. If I don't have a box they usually have one for me and I don't have to pay. If they don't have a box, I gladly buy one. Their customer service is great! read more

My husband mailed a package for me this week. The shipping label was created at 12:02 on Tues. The package wasn't scanned at the Lincoln post office (across the street from PJs) until the next day at 6:01pm! A day and a half later!!!! Will not come back. Lost our business. read more

I went to PJ's on Dec. 28 to mail a small package to Hawaii. I asked which was the best and cheapest way to get it there and I needed it insured. She told me it would have to go UPS at $47.22 for a 5"X5"X5" box. I asked her if the post office would be cheaper and she said they won't insure. When the item was sent back to me from Hawaii, it came by the post office, priority mail, insured for $500 more and I had to sign for it and that cost $27.10 and the box was 8 1/2 X 5 1/2 X 1 1/2. That is almost a $20 difference. I called the owner on Jan. 11 to discuss this with her and all she could say was she was very sorry and didn't know that the post office could insure parcels and that she would look into it for future packages. Needless to say, I won't be back. read more

I have been going to PJs periodically & the store is always very helpful. I was there the last day of the owner, November 4 . The business has been sold I believe to her helper. The package I mailed was not delivered correctly as confirmed by the tracking # and UPS started an investigation last night. when I followed up last Night (Friday) a week later after the PKG mailed, PJs was closed. PJs will not reopen until Monday which is frustrating as the investigation by UPS must go through the PJs. The package showed up this morning at my daughter's home. I have no way to update PJs until Monday to stop the investigation. I learned a valuable lesson to double check the mailing label printed there as our daughter's apartment # had been left off and to always insure the item if its value is over $100. Yes, I will use PJs again but probably mail packages on a Monday to ensure delivery before the weekend in case I need to follow up. I wish the new owner success and hope the business hours will be extended to Saturdays at least a 1/2 day & an emergency after hours phone # provided on the voice mail for alerting UPS of failed deliveries and follow up for investigations. read more

I would give them zero stars if I could. My elderly mom who is in quarantine wanted to send cookies to our family celebrating Easter separately but together. Sent 4 boxes, 2 via UPS and 2 via FedEx and one regular mailed envelope. The owner's husband waited on me because it was busy. It took about 20 minutes. He caught one error on the small envelope and fixed it. Apparently he put two totally incorrect names and addresses on a box to San Francisco and Pacifica. They were both delivered to the wrong addresses today, both design companies. The San Francisco box has been tracked down now and in the hands of the rightful owner. The Pacifica one is still MIA. These were cookies my mom homemade that are now ruined due to the delay in delivery and masks she sowed. Thanks so much for your wonderful customer service! I will never use this local mailing place again and hope those of you that were in there when I was did not get your packages messed up either! read more

The people who work there are helpful and good people but do not send anything FedEx there because the guy who picks it up steals packages. He stole two of my packages in one week. Once the packages are gone there is nothing one can do so I warn you do not send FedEx packages through there because the driver who picks them up is a thief, especially if the package is for the east coast. read more
