She didn't let me finish my sentence, and instead quickly turned from an already unfriendly person to a rude woman accusing me of being argumentative because I questioned why the fee they charge ME is higher than what they pay. He ordered it while he was here, it came the next day, then the following day he came out and installed it. Less than $200 installed. I'll do that any day so I don't have to buy a new one. Then a couple months later our refrigerator started leaking water onto the floor. Same thing, he came out, diagnosed it, ordered a new valve switch and installed it.
