We had our gutters cleaned and windows washed inside and out. All the staff and workers were very…read morenice and quoted price was reasonable. However workmanship was terrible. Windows were not clean with streaks and drips and dirty corners. The inside windows had drips all over the hardwood floor, window sills and new carpet. Guys didn't use shoe covers or remove their shoes. Some screens didn't get put back up and some windows that were hard to reach didn't get done at all. We called to ask them to come back and touch things up and they were very nice and reduced the price, but offered to send someone back when they would be working in the dark again. Next someone showed up without making an appointment so we weren't there. He certainly improved the windows but he didn't lock two of the bedroom windows back into the frames so at 3 am one blew in. We were standing there holding the window up and watching youTube videos on how to get this thing back in the frame. I most certainly would NOT recommend them.

We had to replace our driveway and front porch this summer due to deteriorating concrete and salt is one of the things we as homeowners were told to avoid to prevent any concrete deterioration. As a business owner I cannot for the life of me understand why you would be plowing someone's driveway that has never requested it. If you use this company I would suggest finding a better one the quality of the plowing job is sub par and if you don't live in town they probably are doing your neighbors driveway instead of yours and you wouldn't even know. We have gone outside to fix the terrible plow job almost every time. If you value how your property is taken care of I wouldn't suggest paying a company that isn't even working on the correct yard.
