The other bids wouldn't have allowed us to put hardwood into our family room, but Pedro's was within our budget. We had a specific look we were looking for and he did it. He responded before the job to all inquiries promptly and he did the same even after the job was over. He started and completed the job on schedule. He worked hard and paid attention to details. He communicated extremely well during the work too. We had a previous refinisher that left swirl marks in the hardwood. No swirl marks now.
