Then she was very gentle and professional with the procedure. She is a perfectionist and even when I thought it was good, she still saw a few flaws and made corrections. She is very friendly and her studio is exceptionally clean. Since then, I went back for touch ups (it is recommended to do it every 6 months) and she did just as great job as she did the first time. I strongly recommend her. She is worth it! PS. If you're considering microblading just know this that no one ever mentions. When you leave the place your eyebrows will look dark, thick and very scary. It's normal and will go back to what it's supposed to look within a week. It looks scary and I wasn't prepared for this lol Also, you can't get it wet for a week so if you're planning a vacation or an even, plan accordingly.

She does work out of her home but it's very clean and the room she works out of is private. It's clean, has a nice ambiance to it and smelled nice. At some point in time I fell asleep during one of the facial masks which surprised me that I'd be that relaxed. It's been a few weeks since my appointment and my skin still looks/feels great. I will definitely continue to go to Kim for future facials.

I was gonna buy a gift certificate for my friend and return, but after the condescending way that they treated me even though I was very nicely telling him to fix it. I thought he wanted to fix it. It's the only way to get better since it was clear he was a beginner and what I asked him to do is slightly above his skill level. We were both a bit frustrated, but that's not the customer's fault. After several attempts, he did do a pretty decent job for a beginner and if he continues to practice, he'll probably be good enough to do this kind of work someday. I wouldn't necessarily recommend going here though.

My friend went to this salon to get full balayage. She did not have expectations to get full blonde…read morebalayage highlights. She was anticipating needing multiple sessions. Lighting was not the best in the studio so we could not see the results clearly. When she got home she was very upset. The hair dye job was chunky. There is a random bleached spot at the top of her head where nothing else was bleached. She wanted the the top couple of inches her natural color and then a fade into balayage highlights. Staff is nice but definitely not worth the bad experience and disappointment with the results.
