Definitely felt pampered and rejuvenated! Making the reservation on line was quick and easy! I arrived 30 minutes early as suggested. Greeted warmly by staff. Was provided a locker with combination lock, luxurious robe and slippers! Was given a tour of the locker room areas! All the amenities needed after the massage was available- razor, toothbrush/paste, brush/combs etc. The eucalyptus sauna was amazing! Then proceed to the relaxation lounge- beautifully decorated! The soft music was calming. There were private areas to relax with curtains and common area. Lots of pillows and blankets. OMG! I was addicted to the coconut infused water so refreshing!! There was coloring available! Love that art activity was offered. Massage Therapist Tayler was so amazing!!! Magical soothing hands! The massage table was heated. When I turned on my back, the head of the table raised up as did my knees. Felt as if I was being cradled- so relaxing. Enjoyed having my feet wrapped with moist heat! Highly recommend! The amenities they offer are a steam sauna (that is mediocre, barely steamy, like I literally left not sweaty), and a cold rain shower, as well as a unisex relaxation room while waiting on your service. The relaxation room is well decorated but also basic. Book a treatment but don't expect to be impressed any extras.

Karyn and Ariel helped us throughout our experience and were lovely and so hospitable. We had a room to lounge in with tea (mint & strawberry hibiscus) as well as snacks like nuts and fruit. Some comfy chairs to lounge in and neck pillows. Ariel was amazing at checking in with us throughout, refilling the hot water for tea, and making sure we didn't need anything else. We all had separate treatments, everything from facials to massages. They had us fill out forms in advance to get our information and massage preferences. It was really thorough - everything from what scented lotion we wanted to what type of music plays in the room. Allyson was my masseuse and she was wonderful. So friendly, I really enjoyed chatting with her throughout, and her hands worked magic. I felt so relaxed afterward. There was a moment during the massage where my back felt a little funny in one area, I told her, and she immediately helped target that area and was appreciative that I let her know.
