I was looking for something very specific and they had a large variety of plants. It was about 95° out. I walked around and started looking to see what they had. Not one word from a single person that worked there. Not a hello, not a can I help you, nothing. I finally stood in line to ask the lady behind the counter a question and she answered my question and nothing else. I went over to get the flowers that I wanted; two flats of 15 annuals and a flat of nine. I'm elderly and it was 95° out. I had to get all of these flowers onto a cart and push them over to the checkout counter, where the lady was talking to some nice people from Virginia all about Florida foliage versus foliage up north. The lady at the checkout never looked at me once until the man she was talking to finally said I think the lady over there needs help. I probably won't go back here just because I think if you want someone's business and they're there spending money that maybe you should talk to them and be nice to them. It just makes good business sense. I just felt like I was on my own, which I was.

Moon Valley Nurseries landscapers installed 2 palm trees and 2 plants as we had arranged. This was…read moreon Friday February the 13, 2026. The crew was fabulous and the crew supervisor Alexander was the person in charge. He and the crew did their best. On Saturday morning my wife noticed one of the palms trees was leaning to one side and didn't liked it. Carolyn called Alexander, answered right away. Alexander listen to her concerns and explained everything would be taken cared of. Carolyn then called the store and with in minutes she talked to 2 of their top personal. Also a supervisor called her back and told her if she was not 100% satisfied they would replace the tree. Monday morning the 16th, without us knowing, Moon Valley delivery truck pulled up to our home with a new tree. Just as before Alexander and the crew went to work replacing the leaning palm. Carolyn and I both happy and pleased we chose Moon Valley Nursery. Just one little thing, I do think they are a bit more expensive than others, but the way they took care of us is worth every penny.
