Dr Epstein always listens to anything I may experience and always had good suggestions if I am experiencing anything out of the usual. The staff is good and very friendly. Yet have I had any problems coming to this location. Sleep apnea is a scary thing & needs to be addressed, and so many think it is OK to not get it looked at when they are told they stop breathing while sleeping. Do not play with your health. He provided options that I could take before undergoing the epidural procedure which I appreciated. On the day of the minor surgical procedure Dr. Welsh ran me through the steps again, reassuring me how simple and fast the procedure would be. I felt calm and was confident that I'd be in good hands. FYI, the procedure takes place in a surgical center and not these offices. The office is small but comfortable and very clean. They have vast awards showcasing the office walls on their various Doctors which is comforting. I would definitely recommend coming here for your pain management.
