Part of the benefits of these lessons are that there aren't any other lessons going on at the same time. There are no distractions, just absolute focus from the instructor who also finds time to give the parent a brief check in at the end of the lesson and lots of positive affirmations for the student. I only wish we had tried their lessons sooner! The office staff is also very professional to speak with and keep you up to speed with any changes. The ability to choose the location of the lessons is also helpful as it keeps me out of the higher traffic areas of route 1. I would recommend Making Waves to anyone.

There are two TVs in the locker room that are never on. How about turning down the music or turning it off totally & turn on the TVs. If what's coming out of the speakers doesn't change, I will write more reviews & then eventually switch gyms. People may not speak up about the music & just cancel their membership. Please consider changing the music to satisfy all your members not just some.

I was very impressed by his response and am hopeful to see continued service levels across all area at Life Time. Unfortunately I echo many of the other reviews on this site - poor customer service and employee training-resulting in terrible customer experience. I recently went to the spa for a massage. Upon checkout the receptionist told me there was a note on my file for 20% off my service. She reached out to the spa manager who indicated since there was no name or date on the note that they should ignore it and did not honor the discount. When questioned they said that it was an employee error. Seems like the customers bear the brunt of all employee errors--I did send a note to the GM - Hayden Duffy. I look forward to a response.

My two children take swim lessons…read morethrough Eggert Aquatics, which has and agreement with Ben Franklin Swim Club to use this pool as a summer location. The large outdoor pool is clean and well maintained. It has a large open swim shallow end, seven lap lanes, and a diving pool with a low and high-level springboard. There is ample seating around the perimeter of the pool with two fairly large canopied areas and numerous umbrellas. There are also two tetherball ball pits, a cornhole game and a ping-pong table. The main building has a small snack bar and utilitarian but clean changing rooms with bathrooms and showers available. This location is home to youth swim and dive teams and also has frequent social activities for members according the the numerous flyers posted. Members can also sign-up for swim lessons at an additional charge. As a non-member, I have no idea what membership or lesson fees are, so I can't speak to the value, but the facility itself seems rather nice.
