I booked my daughter's 5th birthday party here after seeing a Groupon for it.. the price was right,…read moreso I hopped on it. It included an hour of really fun gymnastics activities, including a ZIP LINE that the kids got a kick out of, then 30 minutes for pizza and cake. We had to provide everything from decorations, utensils, food, beverages, and favors.. but I prefer it that way, because you can find a way to keep costs down.. Got there 15 minutes prior to and was greeted by Allison, who immediately connected me with two young ladies (forgive me, if I don't write names down, some fall to the wayside) who were extremely friendly and accommodating throughout the entire event! They helped me set up. Once enough children were there, they took them into the activities area for a ton of fun. I've had my baby girl's party at many a different venue and I have to say, this one was the most fun! Even the adults had fun, bouncing on the trampoline. LOL. Everyone was highly entertained and constantly engaged. The only thing is a number of guests (including the birthday girl--who had a meltdown because of it), were burned on the slide. A disclaimer would've been super helpful in that area! We only had 30 minutes for the pizza and cake portion and it seemed a little rushed, but I understand business is business. We got through everything because the girls were really on point and actually reminded me of a few things (giving out favors) that I would have forgotten! It's hard to stay focused when you about 30 kids and parents to host. After it was over, I was so grateful that these young ladies helped us wrap everything and load our car.. WOW! You don't know how much they helped out so wonderfully. I would recommend anyone having their kid's party here!!

Unfortunately, the owner's pushy/aggressive demeanor and the way she berated me in front of my guests was unacceptable. Many of the party guests found her to be offensive (rushing them, being unnecessarily bossy, rude to both the children and adults). I gave her the benefit of the doubt and figured she just ran a tight ship to keep the place clean and party on schedule, although I did feel very rushed during food/cake time. I actually have her on video loudly hurrying my daughter to blow out her birthday candle! Towards the end of the party, I generously gave a $50 tip to our party attendant. The owner ran over, snatched the tip out of her hand and dramatically laid the money out on the table, counted it OUT LOUD bill by bill and started YELLING AT ME that it was not enough! I can't believe I was treated this way after spending over $600 at her establishment for a 2 hour party (only the first 30-40 min of it was actually run by them- the rest was free time while they ate in the back). She would not let up after several minutes, telling me that culturally I should tip 15% of the party total (I should add that she was including the $80 in pizza I ordered and tipped for in that total) and that most people tip $45-$60 per party attendant (she considers herself, the owner, to be an attendant). When I told her I did not have any more cash on me she demanded I venmo the party attendant (she was so embarrassed she refused to give me her venmo) She would not let up until I told her she was ruining my daughter's special day. My friends and family who overheard the incident were appalled. Gratuity is at the discretion of the customer. If she wanted to include required gratuity in her price, she should have done so.

So beware, there's no free trial class if you choose not to enroll that day. Despite this, I decided to take my daughter there to give it a try, maybe it was worth $25. I was disappointed. Gym was small. Class was satisfactory, but was not unique, can be found elsewhere. Equipment was ok, better equipment can be found at a professional gymnastics center. The singing and interacting with the toddlers can be found at free classes at the library. The worse part is Aida, instructor proceeded to argue with me when I brought up the fact that the website was misleading on the free introductory class. She responded, "there's no such thing as free class". She also made me feel bad for registering the day of saying that, "most people register a week in advance". Given that I was clearly dissapointed by the class and their business practice, she did not offer to refund my 25 dollars. I would also like to add that most toddler classes besides the little gym do offer a free trial class regardless of enrolling, because they are confident on the quality of classes they provide. Here, it seems they were more concerned with collecting the $25 bucks. They got it, but not my future business. I would not enroll here based on the sub par class, and lack of customer service.
