My daughter [12] ws looking to get a facial as she fell succumb to the face picking and now knows not to. I made her prove she would not pick or pop for a month then I would book her an appointment. She search and searched and found here. We booked and owner called right away to confirm. We did a custom a bit pricy but 1 I'm not the professional 2 I have no clue whats needed for her skin and 3 I'm her dad what do I know. We booked and she loved it. As usual red for the 1st few days but after skin looks great. She needs a few more viaits till its a simole cleansing thing but she dis a wonderful job. To top it off it was all organic products. I will start the review by thanking you for your exceptional service, flawless movements, but mostly for your attentive and caring touch. I'd like to point out that I met Sana (The owner) in a social setting after she gave my friend a facial before she flew out on a business trip a month ago. Since then, I've been trying to workout a time to consult her as I was no longer satisfied with the facials I'd been getting for the money I was paying, but we both had very hectic working schedules. She ended up offering me an after-hour appointment that fit into both our schedules, and what a treat. Very friendly greeting, refreshments while I filled an extensive information sheet and we went on to the skin analysis. She was very professional and offered a cleansing facial, diamond microdermabrasion, and extraction. My biggest issue with my skin is that no matter how hydrated I am, it looks dull and finally I had someone point out to the possible reason that was happening. She is skin clairvoyant and I am looking forward to starting a targeted treatment to dissipate blemishes and some of my larger pores problems. Highly disappointed ! After extraction performed on my daughter's face her skin condition dramatically worsened, even after 2 month of intense care we can't improve the situation. She only had mild problem on her forehead, no inflammation, some white heads on her cheeks . Right after procedure her skin was covered with cystic acne , I've already spent over $1000 and see no improvement. I don't recommend this place to anyone. read more

This place is AMAZING! Sanaa is extremely professional and has so much knowledge. I had red pumps on my chicks that I thought was adult acne, she immediately confirmed it was keratosis pillars on the face. Throughout all the facials I have done over the years no other aesthetician has figured out what was the issue of my condition. She recommended a treatment and my face is now clear. I booked an appointment for 1240 and got to the shopping center at 1230 and spent over 15 minutes attempting to find egoderm. I called over six times and there was no ring and just went to voicemail. There were no signs that said egoderm and even though they sent me an email to confirm and they had my phone number , I received no call or email after my appointment passed. I canceled my plans on my one day off to get a facial here and it made my day go to waste. First off, Google doesn't even recognize this as a legit business (first red flag). The phone number on their website (egoderm.com) is the one I used to communicate with the "esthetician" which is (818) 804-7111. Karim Zekkani provided horrible service, and we hadn't even met yet! I first called and no answer, which is okay, I guess. She called me back and there were screaming kids in the background, but I was still friendly and asked if she offered the services I wanted, and I booked an appointment. The second red flag was that she told me to text her my appointment confirmation. Um, don't real businesses always send the customer their confirmation? She also asked for photos of my skincare concern. I gladly sent THREE photos showcasing my problem areas to the BEST of my ability. When she responded, her tone completely changed. She didn't want to assist me anymore. She basically gave me a "you don't have this, you have that" type of response. I agreed with her and kindly explained why I wanted the treatment because this was STILL a concern and probably wasn't visible on camera. (Can you even see blackheads through a photo?) anyway, she completely ghosted me. I also re-checked her website and noticed she had availability on days that I preferred, when she booked me for way later at the end of the month. Talk about running a business as a lazy person. I've never written a review on esthetic salon before because I haven't experienced a facial treatment as AMAZING as this one. I went in on a Thursday night after two years of not having a facial. It was my first time ever being at Egoderm and I was completely blown away. I met with Sanaa who was warm and kind with may I say - gorgeous skin. The place was beautiful, the lighting, the music, everything, I was really relaxed and ready for some TLC. The products smell absolutely amazing. Everything she put on me I had to know what it was! She was very educated and explained what was in each product and the results I would see after using them. I was nervous that the process is going to hurt but it didn't, the peel of course tingled but who doesn't like a good tingle? I have had facials before where the Estheticians were much too harsh, this was not the case with Sanaa. Skin extractions did not leave dark marks on my face. She was very gentle but got the job done. The finishing masque was definitely my favorite part, even the next day my skin looked better than the night before. I saw improvement the following day. My once dry skin was gorgeously hydrated. She recommended what products I should use and I will absolutely be back again to Egoderm. read more

Sanaa is AMAZING!!! I went in for my first facial about two weeks ago, I had a really bad breakout at the time and a horrible heat rash. I left there with my face feeling so fresh and clean and my breakouts seemed to clear up over night! I've been back since then and my face looks and feels so much better each time! I really want to be able to see a difference. So, off I went to EgoDerm clinic in Canoga Park to try the much talked esthetician Sanaa, who is a beauty therapist and the owner of this salon. Sanaa explained each of her facials are tailored for specific skin issues including acne and congested skin - I went for the anti-aging - congested version. My skin felt smoother, and there was very little redness immediately afterwards. Results were more noticeable the following day when I applied my make-up . It went on far more evenly. Two days later I was out with friends in bright sunshine - best weather for showing every winkle and flaw! Over the course of the day three people commented on my skin and asked if I had anything done as looked 'glowing'.
