They will run along the table and call out the drinks you or some at the table ordered and same with the food. So you need to pay attention and get there attention when you hear your drink or food called out. But all waiter and waitress was polite and respectful even if it can be hard to understand them in Norwegian as many of them don't speak the language fluently. The food is very average so don't have to high expectations. The codfish I had was ok but the potatoes was horrible and so over spiced that it killed the flavor of the fish. I had to start choosing what part of the food I wanted to eat. So don't expect a harmony of fusion flavor but more a crash and chock of flavor. In all this is not the place I would take some special or celebrate an important event. It is noisy but probably a good place to have lunch or if you're in a hurry. And I have a feeling that the chefs are better with small groups from 1 to 4 people the group sitting 10+ This could be because they are either under staffed or don't have the experience. Will I go here again? Probably not since there to many small improvements that have to be made for it to be worth it.
