Our only mistake was to not look over every inch before we left. We got the dress to the office and saw right in front on the bottom were two dirt marks and what looks like small holes and puckers where it was melted or burnt. We tried to call but they were rude so we took the dress over there. They were ever ruder when we got there saying we did the damage after we left the store maybe shutting it in the door. If that were the case the plastic bag would have holes too and it's in perfect condition plus we KNOW it wasn't shut in the door, we were VERY careful with the dress. They ruined this dress and won't face up to it! Instead they were rude, yelled at us, told us to never come back (no problems there!!!!) and after much arguing gave us the money back we paid for the cleaning but that doesn't change the fact that now in two days we either have to find another dress or she has to wear one with holes in it.
