Long gone are the days where I had a regular cleaner because I did this all the time... I reached out to Blue Star because of recommendation. Very glad I did! Everything was done in a timely manner and to the highest standard. Services were exactly what I ask for - most people don't fold shirts preferring them on hangers, but for me, that's what I needed and I was very happy that they complied. I brought my comforter in to be dry cleaned. Picked it up, it looked lighter in color and it was heavy scented. My husband called and explained my allergies to scents and since we thought bringing to a dry cleaners we didn't think it would be washed. They were very nice and said bring it back they would now dry cleaned it and it would remove the scent. It still is strongly scented. We have been airing it out side and in the garage. Spraying it with odor eliminator is helping a little bit. I think the cleaners should notify someone that they use scented products. I've never had a problem getting this cleaned before because it was always dry cleaned. Unfortunately my 400 dollar comforter is now unusable if I can't get this smell out. Please explain to customers how their comforters are cleaned and get rid of your scented cleaners. read more

Front desk people very nice. The seamstress did not have a very good attitude. I went to have a very expensive dress altered in 4 areas. The fabric was lined and pressed the lining outwards so it showed on the outside. I went back twice for alterations but she got frustrated and said it was too difficult to work on. I wish she could have told me that the first time. Many friends recommended her and said have had great success. read more
