The first…read moredisappointment was when we called on a Saturday and was told they had to order a part, but then Monday morning discovered they had the part in inventory, and we were without heat for the weekend. At the time we asked if it would be better to purchase a new furnace/ac unit since our furnace was 20 years old. We were told that the furnace looked good, and we should not be concerned about it. Well, we had to purchase a panel and again was told that we replaced the major things and should be fine. Then in less than a year another problem, gas valve and also had to replace the panel, which was under warranty. So got the furnace fixed in a few days so had heat again, but the furnace made a popping noise, so we asked about it and was told he didn't know what it was, but it was safe. The noise got worse, so we decided to buy a new furnace/ac unit. The first thing was when we got the bill for the valve we also got charged for the panel that was under warranty, so that was taken care of. The other thing is when we were getting estimates for a new furnace/ac we were told the company should have recommended a new furnace/ac unit since it was starting to show age and would become a money pit. Unfortunately, we had no choice but to choose another company to put in our furnace/ac unit and was very disappointed having to spend the money for a unit that was ready to be replaced.
