Just wait until the bad weather is done and you no longer need your propane, then we'll deliver. There is no way to complain in any effective way except through independent reviews like this one. Then, which I find absolutely shocking and despicable, locked my tank before the coldest weather in 28 years. All without speaking to me, the homeowner, and no documentation of ownership or ever doing business with them. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with and I'm not even their customer. On our first call the person we spoke to was rude and offered no condolences. A few days later we noticed that they had created an order for a delivery despite there being nothing on the property but a burned out hole in the ground. When we called back, we spoke to a person who was in the process of canceling the order when the call dropped. When we called back we were connected with the original associate who said they would not cancel the order without a death certificate. This is literally the ONLY business we've dealt with that requires this. Plus, the order date they set was before we were going to receive the certificates. As my wife became more and more upset to the point of tears, the associate refused to transfer to a supervisor and eventually hung up. Absolutely vile behavior.
