Called DeHooghe and Viau and talked to Kathy and she told me that their repairman were close by on a job and would have them come by after they were finished. Started this whole process around 9:30 AM and was expecting to have them come by and tell me that they would have to replace and figured I would have to schedule an appointment and would probably have h of water again in a week or so. Kathy called me around noon and said they were on their way. Austin and Logan showed up and were very professional and told me that it would have to be replaced and would be back shortly with a new one from the shop! In about another two hours they had removed my old hot water heater and replaced it with a brand new one! By around 3:30 PM I had hot water and a load of stress and relief off my mind! Thanks to Kathy, Austin and Logan for a job well done! I would HIGHLY recommend this business!!

Our sewer line was accidently severed and we could not use our bathroom facility or tend to other business related problems. Could still here it and ran down to the basement. Water spraying every where. It was the water feeds running up to the shower. Checked the local Facebook posts and found John listed as being a reputable business. Gave him a call and said he would call back shortly. Sure enough John called back and said he could be here the next morning at 7:30am. He arrived right on time. After some connections checked it was found that it was a riser pipe that had been hit with a trim nail years ago. Had to cut open the wall, put a new piece in and tested.
