Called DeHooghe and Viau and talked to Kathy and she told me that their repairman were close by on a job and would have them come by after they were finished. Started this whole process around 9:30 AM and was expecting to have them come by and tell me that they would have to replace and figured I would have to schedule an appointment and would probably have h of water again in a week or so. Kathy called me around noon and said they were on their way. Austin and Logan showed up and were very professional and told me that it would have to be replaced and would be back shortly with a new one from the shop! In about another two hours they had removed my old hot water heater and replaced it with a brand new one! By around 3:30 PM I had hot water and a load of stress and relief off my mind! We arrived at our lake house for a two week vacation south of M28 in Shingleton. We brought all of…read moreour items, luggage, etc, inside and turned on the A/C. Nothing happened. Tried several things like checking the fuses, furnace itself, I couldn't see anything "obvious" so we called our neighbor for a recommendation. Without hesitation he said "Trudell" and gave me the number. The house was getting very warm so we were anxiously awaiting their arrival, and weren't disappointed. The service tech (Kevin) arrived promptly and assessed the situation. Some type of critter had dug around the outside unit and chewed through some wiring, which Kevin replaced. Still not working - Kevin then asked to see the furnace itself. While there, he replaced the air filter and also found the ultimate cause of our misery. A single, solitary, 3-amp fuse that had blown when the critter crossed the wires while chewing on them. Kevin was very, very friendly and professional the entire time. He diagnosed and fixed the problem correctly the very first time. Now THIS is how ALL service appointments should be! Well done Kevin, and thank you again. If you need HVAC service, TRUDELL is certainly our first call next time. Don't hesitate to make it yours!

Terrible service!!! Charged me for parts they did not use, charged me for things they broke, and…read moredid work that I did not ask them to do and charged me for it. Didn't do the job correctly the first day, I had to call them back to fix what they were supposed to fix on day one. Charged me labor hours for both days and got an outragous bill in the mail. Service tech tore up my yard, and dragged mud through house and didn't clean up. I would never recommend them to anyone!

They even noticed some things (an outside spigot, a drain for the washer) that needed to be altered / upgraded that had nothing to do with making the bathroom and quietly did it because they cared.
