I was toldthe draft motor was bad and needed a 1,000 replacement, but a independent evaluation found it was not defective. I also obtained independent opinions that the secondary heat exchanger was defective. During this time, my wife and I were experiencing headaches while using the furnace. After requesting the company inspect the issue, I was told to stop contacting them. I had a very disappointing experience and now working with another contractor that did a replacement.
