The Drive Safe and Save program allows retired people who don't drive alot, and have safe habits to save roughly 1/3 what insurance could cost. Unfortunately when someone sells you Safeco or Liberty Mutual, you are left hanging in the event…read morethat you need to make a claim. All-Lines shouldn't sell insurance from Safeco or Libery Mutual. we made a claim for a covered event in May 2021. Safeco has lied to us and still hasn't paid our claim. Safeco offered to pay $1200 out of a $13,000 claim. They told us they paid the shop when they were actually denying 90% of the claim. They angered the people at the paint shop and as a result the paint shop to refuse to do the work. All Lines can't/won't help but if people are paying the premiums the claims should be paid. The RV repair shop wouldn't talk to us because Safeco wasn't going to pay., so they badgered and alienated two different shops. It doesn't matter how nice people are when you are buying insurance; what matters is how things are handled when you need to make a claim.

He gave a high level overview of the process and conversation we were going to have, then filled in some of the details, and then walked us through each step asking us questions about what we wanted and what our goals were. We had a less than typical case and he recognized that a traditional will was not the best option and helped us set up a trust. He asked lots of questions and allowed us to as well.
