It really saddens me to have to be on here writing this because Brandee has such a great personality and was fun to work with, but boy did true colors show. I'm here because I want to look out for fellow brides in the future. Myself, being a fiancé I am looking for photographers as well. My sister hired eight arms for her big day... you know the one little girls dream of their whole lives.... The day was perfect. Everything went well. Until 3 months later Brandee informs us that she 'lost' all of the pictures. Although she was able to retrieve A FEW... they were the most horrible pictures. From lighting to clarity we probably could have snapped better ones from an IPhone... the most magical, beautiful day will only be remembered by thoughts and memory and we will have no GREAT WALL WORTHY photos to cherish for the rest of our lives... this unprofessional photographer informed my sister the day of PICKUP for the photos that they were GONE. Then proceeds to tell my sister SHE KNEW they were gone weeks before pickup. On top of dropping the ball like that she has now completely GHOSTED us without any type of resolution. She has went as far as blocking my mother, my sister, me and my brother and no telling who else. Because "the photos we received are GOOD ENOUGH" we didn't pay you a great hunk of change for GOOD ENOUGH. I believe it is safe to say WEDDINGS ARE NOTTTTTTT her specialty. SAVE YOUR MONEY. My name is Brandee Hess and I created Eight Arms Photography yrs ago but already had a simpler name but along the way realized it didn't fit me so I switched it a few yrs ago...I have had a camera in my hand since I was 15 and I love creating art and capturing moments that last a lifetime.

EightArms Photography is amazing to work with. We have been using her since we got engaged. 2012 was our first session and we are still using her and it is now 2019! Not only did Brandee do our engagement pictures, but she also did our wedding, both pregnancies, both newborn sessions and SO many more! She is so amazing at what she does. She puts her heart into her work and is awesome! She is affordable, amazing, and so fun to work with! If she were to ever move from the area, I would be devastated! I am so glad we found a forever photographer! She has watched my family grow from the time me and my husband got engaged and I am so glad she has been here with us ever since! She brings out your true beauty and personality it is breathtaking! She did a Photo session of my oldest that made me cry! Brandee is an amazing photographer. She is our offical family photographer and is the official photographer of our AAU basketball team. I have never been disappointed in her work and am utterly impressed that she will make sure you are satisfied. She loves trying new things with the camera which is awesome (no awkward posed photos here...unless of course you want them!). I set up a boudoir shoot for my 40th birthday, I'm not gonna lie, I was super apprehensive and nervous. Right away she put me at ease and I actually had a blast! It was super empowering and fun - when I got my pics back I was incredibly pleased too. She's a magician behind the camera!
