Since the rules for us to rent from this company were many, I at least expected to have clean, ready to use items delivered. I left a message with the office that morning. My call was never returned and there has been no communication at all regarding this issue. As a first time renter, I was extremely disappointed. UPDATE: I finally heard back from the company. Apparently the loaders loaded a "dirty" bouncer instead of a "clean" one. We have accepted their apology and the refund they granted for the unit. I know that mistakes happen, and it's refreshing when a company acknowledges that.
