They diagnosed the issue and checked on the availability of the part. The AC got noisier and stopped blowing cold air. We called early in the morning the next day and we talked options. Since the part was on back order and our unit is old and really already needing to be replaced we decided to replace the system. They were able to come the same day and do the install.
