Lou has been a help to me, since the day I arrived. He rented me a trailer for myself and my friend, and allowed me to pay the deposit the next month. He sold me the trailer I now own via easy monthly payments. Is it an older trailer? Yes. Does it please me? YES. The reason there are no drugs/pedophiles/prostitutes here in the park, is LOU! Kinda makes me wonder why "Anonymous O." had his lease terminated! Perhaps HE was involved in all of the above? If so, LOU would not allow him to stay! Lou is our advocate. I respect him greatly. . The MAIN reason I gave the park only 4 stars, is that I agree with William. The roads in the park are abysmal. They are more a series of potholes than anything else, but Lou has no control over this. "Cold" asphalt patches were made in the dry season. After a single drizzling rain, the patches disintegrated, and we now have even MORE potholes. The solution, of course, is to tear up what little pavement is left, and entirely rebuild the roads. Unfortunately, that is incredibly expensive, even for the short roads in the park. Even governments find it expensive! Just drive on California roads to discover that. Ca State road 62, between Parker, AZ and Vidal Junction. It has a several mile long section of crumbling asphalt. Instead of repaving the road, they posted signs saying: "Rough Road Ahead". Jeeeze.

Lou bent over backwards for me to help me when i found myself in the hospital from a ruptured appendix. Even took care of my cats for me while i was there and came to see me in the hospital and rehab where i spent 4 months healing. Spent two more times in the hospital and even built me a ramp because i am now in a wheelchair and allowed me to pay so much a month to him for it. You have a problem with the trailer, he has it fixed asap. The biggest complaint i have is the driveways but that's not Lou's fault its the owners as its his responsibility to get that fixed.

Down side: There is nothing garden or oasis about this park. The park is mostly comprised of older, very small (tiny house size) trailer homes. They are packed in very, very tightly, barely wide enough for our 30 ft 5th wheel with our pick-up parked next to it. Our pick-up was literally 1 foot from the neighbors permanent trailer home and our slideout on the other side was mere inches from the neighbors fence on the other side. The streets are not side and it took maneuvering to back into the space. if there hadn't been 2 empty spaces on the other side of the street, we probably wouldn't have gotten it in. Not to offend anyone who lives here but the atmosphere is of an old, low-income mobile home park.
