When it came time to sell the house, Jennifer calculated the best time to put it on the market, and did deep research into what someone would be willing to pay knowing that the house needed to be renovated. She then set the asking price. She marketed the property beautifully with gorgeous photos, marketing documents and set up a website for this particular house. We put the house up for sale on a Tuesday, and we had a very good offer the next morning which we accepted. Dillon seems very knowledgeable, experienced, and genuine. Amber was honest, professional, kind, and gave us a really solid viewing considering our time frame. While my experience with their agency was overall favorable - there was one part that we wished was improved. (Know that we gave them a very short time frame and this is my first time renting an apartment so I probably had some communication errors/mistakes on my end too) I would have liked to receive up to date listing searches every day. The market moves so so fast and in order to get a good place you really have to snag it while its fresh. We sent back our top selections from a list sent to us a day or two prior and we didn't get to see our favorite ones because they were already gone when it came time for viewings. It would have been nice to have had the updated searches, or to have been sent some newer good options in lieu of the ones that we had missed out on. We ended up renting with another agency. Me and my partner stayed diligent about vetting new apartments as they popped up on our apps, and while it was hard to let down Amber and Dillon after they took the time to take us out for viewings, we are happy and very fortunate that we did because we were able to get an amazing apartment that was fresh 16 hours on the market over the weekend. Long story short - These are very good, knowledgeable, and professional people doing very good work, but in this case it didn't work out. My best piece of advice for succeeding in this market is that if you want to get a really good place you have to check your apps every day and then be able to meet the agent on a whim mere hours after it has been posted.

I worked with Cynthia this past summer to both sell my house in Littleton, and purchase my next…read moreone, and had a great experience; Cynthia is a model of professionalism, going out of her way to arrange meetings convenient to me (often very early, so that I could get to work on time) and provide a high level of customer response that was beyond what I expected: the open house photos were fabulous, the electronic contracts were punctual and easy to use, I felt like I was a priority in the process, and the kids really liked her too! Cynthia's style meshed well with personality, friendly and effective without overbearing, and I especially liked that we were able to set up a viewing schedule that didn't require constant monitoring and interruptions, i.e. for approvals, request changes, etc, which was a big hassle for me the previous time I went through the sale process (having someone ask you for a driveby showing of your house with 5 minutes warning while you're in it is rude, and I had experienced that and plenty other such annoyances the last go-round)--in particular, we blocked off no-showing family times, and Cynthia filtered the requests in advance according to my wishes in order to avoid repeating that problem. The sale price was very good, and I was happy with my experience!
