My Boxborough home was a dated contemporary architecture which I extensively had remodeled. Recovering all of my investment was the goal in a short term ownership. Her clever and aggressive approach brought the right buyers in quickly, and I had multiple buyers. She sorted through the field and aligned us with a great buyer. She was able to negotiate a higher than asking price and later through contract amendments added significant price increases for consolations and delays. My personal recommendation to anyone considering listing with Re-max Traditions is that you will experience one of the best transactions in real estate you will ever like have. They are outstanding in every way and Eileen is in my mind the best Realtor/agency that I have dealt with in many Career moves and all of my home ownership experiences.
