There were lots of sidewalks that we could take through the park. It was very well-maintained and lovely. There was one area under construction during our visit. Ugh, now I don't know. The park has a few benches. I love how the fountain is lit in the evenings. There are occasional summer concerts here, but mostly it's just a sleepy little park.

There are shaded overwatch towers for parents to watch their kids in any part of the park, there is a splash park and multiple playground areas dependent on your child's size. We stayed for over two hours and the kids did not want to leave. Our kids ages range from 10-4 and everyone had a good time. My mother in law walked the trail several times. The other parents/kids were very friendly too, great park, great atmosphere. The only downside, which isn't even bad, it's expected, is that the bathrooms were not that clean, but it was manageable for what was needed for the kiddos to pee and go back to playing. When I'm St Louis again, we would come back!!
