Having an appointment doesn't matter. Even when you check in 10-20 minutes before your appointment time, you will still have to wait. I had an appointment at 9:20am today, I checked in at 8:49am. It's currently 10am and I'm still waiting in the lobby to be taken in. Once I'm taken inside, that will be another 45 minutes waiting to see the doctor. Do not come here, same for the dentist side. If I could give negative stars I would. This place is a joke for the front desk and medical side. Dental is amazing and quick. Love the dentists. But seriously, front office staff never knows anything when being ask, are constantly busy, doing what I don't know because, they don't even answer their own phones. It goes to a call center. Appointments, even if you are early you will wait. Expect hour long waits or more. Waiting on referrals? You'll wait forever. Waiting on results, again you will wait forever. I had my baby Friday.. this is my primary clinic and today (Tuesday) i woke up with a fever of 100.8 body aches and chills. I called the hospital I delivered at at they told me to make an appointment with my clinic to get checked out today so i did.. i had my appointment at 3:20 pm through telehealth and even asked the lady who scheduled it for me if they will FOR SURE give me a link before it starts- she assured me they would. Well ive been on hold as the only person in the que for over 30 minutes just to talk to a receptionist about where the fuck my link is. At this point i feel like they aren't answering just so they can run the clock and go home. They now close in 20 minutes and im going to have to go to the ER and spend all night there because i might have an infection and my clinic failed me yet again. Im so done with this place i cannot believe they really let me down from the jump this isnt the first time ive had to wait this long for them to answer my cabut it is the most urgent like you cant answer the reception desk when people need you shame on you *****UPDATE: So an hour and a half later i finally got my telehealth call from the doctor; i explain to him i have a fever and i had stitches and he tells me I probably have covid and can come in tomorrow for a covid test then return in A WEEK to check for infection..... i got tested in the hospital and i was negative, and his evidence based conclusion was that it wasnt possible to have an infection because it would have shown up YESTERDAY not today.. however COVID would show up today because its been almost 5 days since my test. So he tried to schedule me a covid test appointment for tomorrow afternoon and a followup the next week if everything goes okay.. i am NEVER coming back here. I went to urgent care and sure enough i have an infection.. my temperature alone went up to 102.8 and he was just unwilling to even consider facts that he should at least test for both an infection and covid sonce he was so adamant. read more

Worse place!! I had my prenatal here, and i always had to wait over 2 hrs to even be seen. My appointment would be at 8:30 am, and wouldn't get seen until 12! By this time, pregnant, im hungry, thirsty, anxious, sleepy. i never seen the same doctor, EVER, a student seen me and dismissed me as-well? I understand that they are becoming doctors but I literally NEVER got the same doctor, my pregnancy was high risk and i felt so neglected at this place, would refer me to emergency ultrasound, and the appointment was for after 3 weeks?!! Today was my first time here with my 5month old, he needed his shots the appointment was at 9am we got out at 10:40am not bad. The receptionist,doctor's assistant and the doctor were all very nice. They have some wall toys for kids and my three year old was given a coloring paper and crayons super helpful to keep little ones entertained and not bored. Plenty of parking in the morning but by the time I got out it was packed! I've read so many bad reviews of this place im not sure if I got lucky, but I definitely look forward to out next appointment to see how it really is like. read more

Eisner is the most awful place I have ever been to. The worst prenatal care I have ever had. There were times I cried because I could not get ahold of anyone to make an appointment and was worried about my baby and my own health. I was considered high risk as well and was only able to be seen by someone here 3 times. I went months without even getting my blood pressure taken. When I finally got an appointment, I was questioned in a condescending way as to why I hadn't been in, in so long... as if I was the irresponsible one. I was also questioned again at delivery of the baby because on my paperwork they had reported I had not been in. How embarrassing! All along, I had to beg and plead for rountine tests to be done and appointments to be made and still never got them until the very very end of my pregnancy. Every test and all the bloodwork I was supposed to have done was done too late to matter. The tests were done because they had to be done before the hospital could give me my c section, not because they cared if something was wrong. I had to go through them to get my breast pump as well that I desperately needed.GREAT! After a lot of calls and pressure they said they finally ordered it for me. It never came and I'm using a hand pump after having issues with the baby latching. My gestational diabetes test was done when I was 9 months pregnant when it should have been done months before. I never once saw the same dr it was someone different every time. I hated every appointment, waited for hours in pitch black rooms with lights that wouldn't stay on and was pressured to be sterilized via tubal litigation during office visits. I left feeling angry, uncared for and hurt over the way I was treated. I delivered my baby 5 days ago and the hospital told me that my daughter needed to be seen at Eisner at 3:45 on Monday. This is routine. Eisner never contacted me about the appointment and I live in riverside so I tried to call and confirm it, knowing that they probably would screw it up somehow. Nobody answered or called me back. My baby girl looked as if she had jaundice, even though it's a long drive and I'm in a lot of pain, I decided to go to the appointment without hearing back from them. I drive all the way down to Eisner yesterday they said they had no record of my daughter in the system and no appointments lined up for her. The lady was rude and unhelpful and my husband was absolutely appalled with how she acted. I had to take my 6 day old daughter to the emergency room, that's full of germs, days after major surgery, to get her checked out because I can't get ahold of my doctors office and they haven't called me back. I've left messages and called over a dozen times since I was released from the hospital... crickets. This place should be shut down. Absolute TRASH. If you get your prenatal care done here you better pray nothing goes wrong with your precious baby because they just DON'T care . I have an appointment for my postpartum check and I not coming to it. My baby won't be coming back here either. Thanks for all the anxiety, frustration, worry and lack of care you guys provided for me during my pregnancy. I'm definitely filing a grievance. read more

This office is a joke! Save your self a headache and go else where. They always take so long to see you and the front desk staff is rude AF. The worse part about this location is the front desk. They do not greet you when you enter and as soon as you approach the window they just stare at the computer. After standing there like a dumbass for a minute or two then they want to ask if you have an appointment. It's like you have to greet them first before being acknowledge. I just witness about 4-5 people who had appointments and won't be seen today. Simply because they were at downtown location and no one notified them or because they told people over the phone they had walk ins and they practically don't. The front desk speaks so unprofessional to you it's like they don't even care that you wasted your time in coming in. They should be professional and at least act they care. I come here for me and my baby's appointments, good service. Wait times are great if you come on time even if your early you might get in early. Staff is awesome never had to complain. Friendly and very helpful on pregnancy questions and prenatal care, other than that regular check ups are ok. Took good care of me and baby. The only bad thing is walk ins you wait three to four hours to see a doctor. And you see a different doctor every time for prenatal check ups. Facility is clean. read more

I've been coming here for 9 yrs only because I love my Doctor. I don't recommended it, you must have an appointment and even with an appointment you will be there for 2-3 hrs. Last Thursday 08/13/20 was the worst, I went for COVID testing and they literally had me outside with this heat waiting for 3hrs. I had to call them 3 times to remind them I was out there. The Doctor that came to test me told me as usual they have a lot of patients, but to not worry I would have my results by Saturday. I called them on Saturday only for them to tell me they didn't have my results that for sure I would get a call from them Monday. Tuesday I call them and only to find out that I need an appointment to get my results, only appointment available was Monday 08/24/20 this is ridiculous CVS sends you your report through an email 4 days after your test and Eisner wants me to wait 1 week for them to tell me if I'm negative or positive. read more

I am a first time mom and this is my first time being on Medi-Cal in my life. I was referred to this clinic by Planned parenthood once I was told I was pregnant. While pregnant you are at the doctors often. Every single time I have visited this office I have had to wait with an appointment over an hour to be seen and sometimes 2 hours for the appointment to be completed. When seen you never see your doctor who is never Christine Marie Hillson. I've only seen her once in the 7 months that I've been pregnant. Each visit you're seen by staff that has no idea what your pregnancy includes. You have to ask them to do their job. They have lost test results from blood work. They have had me leave without giving me paperwork that's important. They are uninformed and unprofessional. This is critical because as a pregnant women you want to know that your child is healthy, that you're doing everything correctly and that the medications that are prescribed are safe. I was told early on to take a thyroid medicine but since then it hasn't been monitored for over 4 months. Today I'm visibly upset and Dr. Ficklenscher just dismissed me and doesn't care. Which is funny because she is pregnant. I'm pretty sure she wouldn't find this service acceptable for her child but is content in giving me half ass care for mine. Dr. Argulo really knows her patience. She took the time to listen to her patient and explain in a simple way that I could understand how my teeth are doing. She was informative about the limit of Medical coverage and her assistant Carolina has a subpar service mentality. She took the time to explain how to brush correctly, and what tooth paste to use, and the advantage of flossing and mouth wash. I remember being irritated for having to wait in the lobby well pass my appointment time. HOWEVER, once I got to the back and got my initial work up by Sharon, it was well worth t. She's personable, knowledgeable and helpful. Then the main event, my time with Dr Hilson. Never in all my life have I had a physician take so much time to explain, listen, engage with me. ALL of my questions were answered. ALL my concerns were addressed. I left feeling completely cared for, attended to, and satisfied. Well worth the wait. I'll just start bringing a book along with me, and tell my job not to expect me until a few hours later. I initially came here because I recently changed jobs and subsequently had a lapse in my insurance coverage for a month. I needed prenatal care and Eisner helped me with my Emergency Medi-Cal app and make sure I had the prenatal care I needed through those 30 days. When my new insurance kicked in, a PPO mind you (meaning I can see ANY Dr of my choosing), I chose to stay with Eisner for the remainder of my pregnancy. We like going to this clinic because of my son's pediatrician. Her name is Dr. Hilson, she's awesome. The reason for the one star rating is because of the way the clinic handles its business. There are no walk ins available and the staff can be rude and unprofessional. My last two visits here have consisted of my family being placed in a room waiting to be seen by a doctor only to be skipped by other patients with later appointments or not being warned that the doctor would be running late. A lot of these issues would have been cleared with the proper communication but the staff didn't do anything to acknowledge any of them. We love our pediatrician but we feel that enough is enough. I'm sure their employees mean no harm but they really need to work on their professionalism. read more
