I was not blessed to be a recipient of her services due to my insurance. About 12 years ago, my husband went in for a minor issue that Dr. Olelewe of course remedied. But she also noticed scaling on his hand that had been there for over 20 years. My husband saw dermatologists and other doctors for the issue coming up, with no resolve. Dr. Olelewe said, "Also, I'm going to prescribe medication for your hand". My husband thought nothing of it, because nothing ever worked with other doctors. A few days later, all the scaling was gone and his hand was smooth and soft, still to this day!!! I since then referred family members whom she's helped tremendously, where other doctors lacked knowledge or care. Now moving on to one of the most important reasons why I will ALWAYS love Dr. Olelewe. I referred my mom as well, and she was a patient of Dr. Olelewe's for years, until my mom moved out of state. Well...my mom fell very ill and was fighting for her life during the height of COVID (but not due to COVID). It was absolutely horrible, as we were not able to be at my mom's bedside. But Dr. Olelewe was there! My mom said she could feel that she was transitioning, and could hear my dad saying come on home (who had recently transitioned). But she felt Dr. Olelewe holding her hand, saying "Fight Mary, fight"! Of course, it brings tears to my eyes every time I think about it. My mother heard Dr. Olelewe's powerful voice of love and compassion, and mustered the strength to keep on fighting. My mother is still here today 6 years later, because of Dr. Olelewe. Not only is she an extremely knowledgeable doctor, she is one that cares. A million blessings to you for being my mother's angel in a storm.

Their staff is always friendly & helpful and the doctor has helped me before on refilling my prescription off hours. On the negative side, whether I choose the first appointment or the last of the day there is always a wait (and this is with an appointment). They are always busy and it's hard to get appointments on short notice. Also, it's been twice now that I have gotten ultrasounds to find out if I have cyst and/or fibroids and both times they have not called me or sent me a letter with my results at all. Both times I was told my bad news only during my annual exam months later. They need to get their act together and inform their patients. It would be much appreciated.

I was then called from a Las Vegas phone number, did the appointment, and was supposed to be prescribed meds. Keep in mind, this is a medication I've been on for over a year now. It's been 4 days since the appointment, and my prescription still has not been sent to the pharmacy. I called the office multiple times a day for 3 days, until they told me to just go in person to pick up a physical script, which I did. When I arrived at the pharmacy, I was told they could not fill it because what the office gave me was literally a photocopy of a prescription for a controlled medication. They wasted my time AND money due to negligence on their part. As of right now, the script still has not been sent. I've called twice today. Yesterday, they said it would be fixed and filled today because I had to yell at two different people on the phone to finally be listened to and for something to be finally done about it. It really is pure negligence. Who gives a photocopy of a prescription for a controlled medication and expects the pharmacy to fill it? Once I get this filled, I will be seeking care elsewhere. Do NOT waste your time coming here if you need any type of specialized care in any way, shape, or form. They will not take you seriously and they will make your life as hard as possible because their doctors are lazy and don't want to do their jobs.
