Once they heard the electric company would only fix a certain portion they returned to my home and fixed the entire wiring on the outside of my home (even though they planned to come the next day) while the electric company was here as well. They did all this in the pouring rain with a smile. I can't express how at ease they made me during a stressful time. They are courteous and I can't recommend them highly enough. They are officially our go to electricians. I plan on recommending them to my family and friends.

1. Put a water softener in for me which is still under warranty, I kept having trouble with it. He…read morecame more than once and did not fix it. Said he'd have someone else call me. No one called me. I had to, at my own expense, have someone come in and fix it. Rick had no clue what he was doing. Did not have softener set up correctly. The softener has it's own controller which he did not have turned on. There was also a white piece of plastic behind the controller unit inside a black circular piece which was taken out, looked like piece of the white plastic pipe used near the softener. 2. I then had Rick look at a shower that was not working. He took it apart, it was a water line, said he wasn't working on it, left the shower apart. That is not the way you do business. Extremely disappointed. But I now found a great plumber.

Unfortunately my Ryobi 40 volt lithium 14 inch chainsaw is now missing. I had to leave the storage unit to meet the home Depot delivery drivers for my new washer and dryer. I called the office phone and reported the missing chainsaw. The woman on the phone got very loud with me. She never offered to put a claim in to replace the chainsaw. Use this company if you don't mind missing expensive items! And they won't replace them.
