You call them and if they' not "available " to answer your call, don't bother leaving them a voice message because they won't call you back! These agents have assistants and even they're not " available ". They've made several errors on my policy. They've forgotten to add comprehensive and collision coverage a vehicle and can't even correctly notate your email on the policy. So any emails they may have sent were never received. Definitely not happy with these people, so I left this insurance company all together. I happily took my business elsewhere. I would not recommend anyone to these agents. Thankfully I'm done with them!
