Mr. Marowelli was referred to me by Allstate customer care as a "premeir agent". I contacted Mr. Marowelli via email and requested a quote for home owners insurance. Marowelli was quick at first with a greeting reply. I requested premium quotes based on several coverage amounts in order to make the most informed decision. After 2 follow up email requests for the quotes over a period of 1 week and no response from Mr. Marowelli, I invested in a phone call and spoke directly with him. Marowelli apologized then "promised" to have my quotes to me by the end of the day. Stil haven't received my quotes and all Mr. Marowelli has done is calvalierly waste my time. Not sure what's so "premeir" about my experience with this Allstate Agent?!? read more
