They are good at originating policies... but that's it. Maintaining the policies, keeping their clients informed, and following up with their clients is non-existent. When being a brokerage for insurance is your job you'd expect the company to the the job it was opened to do. It looks like they used to care from previous year reviews but the level of service has gone downhill. I believe it's a family operated brokerage. And while I believe George ( the owner) probably still gives great service the rest of the workers there are just cruising for the paycheck. Their "I'll call you back" and any other excuse to follow up with you will never happen. If you want them to work good luck! You'll need to do the work for them and even them giving them all the resources they need they'll still somehow mess things up!

Last year, I called to get a quote for a workers' comp policy and the lady who picked up, said someone will call me but that never happened so I called back and eventually got the quote. I didn't end up signing up as I was not able to hire anyone at thay time. Then about 3 weeks ago, I called again for another quote. The lady picked up and said someone will call me back on that day. Fast forward 2 weeks and no one ever called, emailed, texted or left a vm but this time I didn't call them back and decided to shop around. Eneded up finding another agency eith over 100 reviews on yelp and signed up with them through Hartford. I am also going to cancel my current two policies with these agency and go with the new one.

Both my insurance companies (Infinity Auto/Geico MC) collected a pretty penny from me for the premiums they charged for two cars with full coverage and liability for my bike. Long story short Nick Ghukasyan was able to cut my premium in half what I was paying a month with infinity auto ($316.00 mo to $175.00 mo) and totally killed what I had already paid up front for my bike insurance ($1032.00 a yr to $with Geico. He even stayed on the phone all the way thru to call each insurance company so I could get my money back on those premiums. I was shocked to find out about my insurance companies adding points to my driving record in there systems to charge me HIGHER PREMIUMS!!! I had 9 (Infinity Auto) and 10 points (Geico). I actually have a total of 5 points due to one of my speeding tickets was exceeding 100 mph which was 2 points itself. I know trust me I'll never do that again, SonomaRaceway for when I feel compelled to do a 140+! My recommendation if you have a few speeding tickets and want a fair rate check with RoadGuard nice name as they do guard you from being swindled by big name insurance companies. I actually saved a TON switching from Geico and Infinity and these days saving even an extra few dollars helps! I will definitely start a petition that will force insurance companies to use the exact same points as it appears on your DRIVING RECORD! RoadGuard did what they promised and delivered substantially huge savings for me I'm positive and confident they can do the same for YOU! I send an email with a question or concern and get a call or text immediately. I never had an insurance agent that I felt so comfortable with. It's rare with any service to get real attention and support from a rep or agent, but I honestly feel like he is on my team and working for me whenever I need him. I was blessed enough to have found David Ellis (State Farm). First time I even spoke with David it was as if we had known one another for a long time. We were exchanging our favorite drink from Coffee Bean. Ironic he goes to the same Coffee Bean that I go to so I told him to order the Susy. I had only been with State Farm for a couple of months when I got into a pretty bad car accident. The day before Thanks Giving this lady blew a red light & of course just my luck I was the victim of her careless driving. Any who, I called State Farm they were actually closed, I left a message, with in a matter of minutes David calls me. Not only was this man concerned for my well being he actually gave me his cell phone number & he actually text me to see how I was doing. I always see the commercial on TV "Like a good neighbor State Farm is there," & man are they telling you the truth. The staff at David's office are incredible, particularly Cinthya, she is my to go to girl! Anything I need I shoot her an email & within minutes she has a response for me. They really do make you feel like you are a good friend/neighbor. Ok, so State Farm isn't the cheapest out there but the question you should ask your self is what kind of service do I want my insurance company to provide me. I remember I had to call Allstate once & I had to go through press option 1 for this & option 2 for that, you get the concept. Well with State Farm you don't get that, they are always there when you call, they are always friendly, & they are prompt with responses. So if you are looking for QUALITY & not Quantity then go over to State Farm & tell them Susy's review referred you to them. The whole staff is amazing but Cinthya definitely shines!
