When he brought it back in for us to look at, someone had taken vice grips to the plug and chewed it all up and filter pliers to the filter. When he arrived his story changed to they had tried to get it off and was unsucessful. We had him and out in less than 10 minutes with a new drain plug (which we didn't charge for) and oil change. That's how some of these reviews go , fix other people's screw up and We get the negative review.
