Wait it's not over John Manns has failed over the past almost six months come august. I called Lonnie attempting to get my registration Lonnie told me if I give him some more side money he'll go down there and get it handled for me.. don't deal with this company if you don't have to but if you do at all means avoid Lonnie Durden. I work out of town 100% of the time so I have been completely taken advantage of and due to it I've been completely unable to place a tag on my vehicle . knowing this Lonnie still requires "side money" in order to solve my issues with John Manns the dealership he took me to in order to make profit off of me while clocked in at Woody Folsom.

Last April we bought a 2018 Ram from here, with the promise that they would fix the smoke burned holes in the interior by upgrading it to leather. They gave us a coupon type note that says it's good for 2 months. We asked out salesman Justin several times and he said he was waiting to get back to us. We called to speak with him because he eventually stopped communicating with us and we wanted to get this done! We were told Justin no longer worked there, so I asked to speak with the sales manager. We have NEVER heard back, calls go un-returned and the smokey and burned interior is not fixed like promised. They gave us the run around until the "promissory" note ran out. I was assured by Thigpen sales staff the car was in great condition. They delivered the vehicle to a family member in Florida. Unfortunately, the family had nothing but problems with the Cadillac. I flew to Florida and took the car to the local General Motors/Cadillac Dealer. They inspected the car and gave me an estimate of $8,398.18 to fix everything wrong with it! When I questioned the very kind service manager he replied "That is what happens when you buy a SALVAGED car !!!" He proceeded to provide me a General Motors internal report showing that this Cadillac CTS was SALVAGED and recommended to be SCRAPPED by General Motors in early 2019. Over the next month I took all this information and contacted Management at Paul Thigpen Chevrolet. I attempted to speak to Paul Thigpen himself, but was told on two occasions "He does not speak to customers"....amazing. His COO Stephen Gorden advised me Paul Thigpen lives on an island and does real estate deals and doesn't have time to deal with customers of his dealerships. Over the next month, and much arm twisting, Thigpen Chevrolet agreed to take the car back and return "most" of the money spent on it. It was a terrible ordeal. Ten days later I happened to check the Paul Thigpen Chevrolet website and could not believe my eyes! There was the same 2018 Cadillac CTS VIN number 1G6AP5SX2J0183106 back up for sale ?!?! The listing had absolutely no mention of the SALVAGE and SCRAPPED history. In fact the price was increased by over $6,000 to $21,000+ Today I telephoned the dealership and spoke to Mr. Dave Anderson, the General Sales Manager. He was totally aware of the whole situation and had full knowledge that General Motors deemed this Cadillac as SALVAGE and SCRAPPED. He advised me Thigpen purchased the Cadillac from Manheim Auction and Manheim would not take it back. He flat out stated he "does not want to be stuck with it". I pointed out how disgusting it is that he and Paul Thigpen are now attempting to resell this Cadillac and stick it to another poor customer in hopes the new buyer doesn't check its history. I strongly recommend you think twice before buying anything from a Paul Thigpen dealership. They have clearly demonstrated they will knowingly sell SALVAGED and SCRAPPED vehicles to unwitting customers. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME ON DAVE ANDERSON AND PAUL THIGPEN.

When would you like me to reserve your voucher for you during our event? I went and drove a car, they ran my credit and sent me away asking for at least $3000 down or a co-signer and didn't guarantee financing with that.
