I contacted this company as they had created the original survey of my property by the original…read morebuilder, and I reasonably expected they would be the most efficient resource to create a new survey. I agreed to pay full price, including a rush fee, though they had the advantage of already having (their words) a "very thick file" on my property. They failed failed to show up when promised, failed to communicate their delay, and when questioned Steve Koestner was dismissive and condescending about the matter. He was unable to commit to a date when the (already delayed) work could start, and had an issue with doing the work to the spec originally agreed upon (septic features marked, as per originally communicated needs). They wasted my time, took no accountability, caused needless delays to my project, and were rudely dismissive going so far as to hang up the phone when Steve acknowledged he would not be able to do the job after all.

Michael Gilman appears to be a trustworthy person & he will tell you what you want to hear and he will promise you everything.... but don't be fooled unless it's in writing he WILL double-cross you and his word is worth NOTHING!!! I've tried contacting Michael several times to correct this matter but now he just ignores me. If you've ever purchased a home you know how sensitive all your Financial information is and the amount of material you have to provide to your realtor can be dangerous if that person is untrustworthy. I don't know for a fact but how easily he goes against his own word I would not be surprised if he has burned other people in the past. all I'm saying is that with so much sensitive information being passed you must trust your realtor to have your best interest in mind, not his wallet .....so if you're going to use Michael Gilman of Queen City Realty cover your own ass make sure everything is writing, down to the smallest detail and be careful this guy cannot be trusted.... you've been warned!!! And as far as Queen City Realty it's concerned I'm sorry I had to write this review but Michael Gilman does represent you.... I'm sure all your ther other agents are great but like they say it only takes one bad apple to spoil the bunch.
