Terrible service. My husband went to get his tires aligned. There was 3 or 4 workers just sitting around and being super rude. and they just kept telling him it was going to be expensive and trying to get him to pay more for services but couldn't tell him what services he needed. They also took pictures of his car and showed him he needed to repair some stuff but again when questioned what part was broken or needed repair, they would avoid answering and not tell him. Great service, I had a nail in my front passenger tire. They gave me options and repaired the tire. I had another potential nail puncture on a different tire. He informed me that it was way too close to the sidewall and it would not be safe to repair. I agreed to have him pull it out to check if it went through. Thankfully it did not puncture the tire, he tested it out with more air due to how small the nail was. He Brought it up to 70psi and still no air leaking. Very professional and great communication! This place is a Joke and Very Shady and unprofessional. My son goes to San Diego St and triple A took him to the closest tire shop he had a cracked rim and two flats. They charged him $230 and he did not have cash on him so he Venmo's an employee and it was a favor to my son as he was stranded he had his two flats fixed and purchased a used spare tire as his spare tire was missing. He did get a receipt stating he paid $140 for a new tire but the receipt did not reflect the purchase of the used spare rim or fixing the flat. I then called for clarification and the receptionist was so rude she yelled at me saying why can't your son handle his business why is his daddy calling for him! Then I respond wow that's not called for maybe because I love my son and want to know what $230 was used for , and it sounds like you don't have a good relationship with your father and I am sorry for that , she then hangs up on me I call back she hangs up on me then finally a nice young man answers and explains that this business does not give out receipts for used items and it's cash only with no receipt and that's there policy. So in final make sure you take cash and don't expect a receipt looks like they are hiding their poor business practice be careful if you get your tires here read more

So my wife went and bought a four pair of Perelli tires for a RAV4. I called in today because my wife was mistaken and thought that there was a package that she paid for included with the tire purchase for a rotation. I called in just asking how long it would take. The guy said I'm not too sure it's a free service. I mentioned that I believe my wife said she paid for it then this guy gets an attitude about how it's free and I should be just grateful for that. Although my husband spoke to Pete over the phone, and although my fellow Yelpers rated this business 4.5 stars....my experience upon picking up and paying for one BF Goodrich tire wasn't the most inviting. The cashier person wasn't so welcoming. She presented no emotion, I had to say "Hello" (while smiling) but didn't get much in return. So I just explained why I was there. They weren't willing to work with me as far as deals go. Additionally, did not honor what Pete told my husband over the phone. We've bought brand new tires from them before and when my husband had an unrepairable flat tire he called this place and ended paying a couple of bucks more for a tire than when he bought them the first time. That's why I asked the cashier person if she could give us a fair deal but she said no because it's an expensive tire. We could have paid cheaper elsewhere (we did get quotes) however, we needed the tire ASAP. In their defense, I will say, this business was able to get it to us that same day. My review is based solely on first impression with desk help on two occasions, because I wanted to confirm it wasn't just one bad day. Unfortunately they did not seem, interested in gaining me as a customer. I know the specs. and up sizing allowances for all my vehicles, but the kid at the front desk wanted to believe he was schooling or correcting me, in a condescending manner. He stated the cost of what I was inquiring about, sounding as though he had made a clear assumption I could not afford them. Definitely won't be going back hoping for "3rd time is a charm". It is unfortunate going back to an old neighborhood to support small businesses, only to get treated poorly and leave disappointed.
