I went there and no one looked my way. I wait in my car to not interrupt. Then a random guy pulls into the empty bay. Walks around and finds a guy under a car. Tells him he has a flat and right away they call someone to start helping him out. I wait another 10 minutes this guy leaves the bay is empty another guy pulls up next to me and gets out and they start working on his car. Not one to complain but I'm a frequent customer, I bring my family, and one time I had my 4 wheels, take the tire off those 4 wheels, put them on new rims, balance those rims, and put them on the car, that was $120 and I TIPPED $15 to installer because I KNEW IT WAS HARD WORK and HOT. Fast forward to current time, I took my dad there, and want to put tires on rims, NO NEED TO REMOVE from old wheels, arguably 20 mins less work. JUST PUT TIRES ON RIMS AND BALANCE, they charge us $160. I said yo what's going on last time it was less work, how are you charging more it cost me $120, he said okay $120 okay. I usually don't have the time write a review, but I feel obligated to write one so no one else will get ripped off from SD Tire Masters. I got a set of used tires, and one failed and fell of the wheel in within 2 weeks. SD Tire says they do not have any warranty for used tires!!!! With the tire falling of the wheel, it also damage the TPMS sensor. I had to pay them again to fix their faulty tires At the end, I spend the same money as cheaper new tires, on used tired, that damage my car, and without warranty!!! Terrible deal!! I had a leak in one of my tires, called them to see if I could bring my car in without any appointment. That was on Friday around 1:40, and I had to go get my kiddos from their school at 2:05. I was panicking because I had to figure out the logistics... They were busy when I got there but graciously took me in any hesitation. Fixed the leak in less than 15 min from the time of arrival! We came in for tire warranty because we purchased the two front tires at this shop and on the receipt IT SAYS WARRANTY for 60,000 miles, from 32,634 to currently 45,398 since the date and they said that it's because we don't do the rotation often WHICH IS WHY we brought it. We take it to valvoline consistently for oil changes and they can't do a tire rotation because of the tires being so flat and worn out. BEWARE OF THE WARRANTY!!! read more

Was driving on the 15 freeway southbound when the driver was insanely close to the rear of the vehicle and sped up to his right to pass me. I'm then rudely cut off by the driver to the point that if I wouldn't have braked and swerved to my left, he would've hit me with my 8 month old daughter inside the vehicle. Do better. read more

With some GORGEOUS tires that far far exceeded my expectations! I got some nearly new tires for a HUGE discount off of what a new one would be and it is mounted, balanced, and leak tested right in front of me! Horrible experience here. First off, the jacked my car up on TWO jacks (one in front, one in back). Not a single jack stand was used that day. To make it worse, they did this on a slope in their front parking lot. Second off, after installing all the wheels, I later found out they lost several of the plastic nuts that bolt the hubcap to the hub. And to top it all off, they lowered the jacks and the car rolled down the sloped parking lot and nearly into traffic. Thank God the jack got pinned and the car stopped. These baffoons should not be trusted to touch ANYTHING on your car. From now on I will only use reputable tire shops like discount tire or evans, or somewhere that has a shred of common sense and respect for other's property. Oh, and they dont torque nothing. They just take a rattle gun and blast the lugs on, no star pattern either. No experience at this place whatsoever, sloppy as can be. read more

They had the tires that I wanted for such an amazing price (295/35/21) but I was a bit apprehensive in bringing in my 2023 Tesla Model Y with brand new aftermarket wheels.
