All I can say is that I was so impressed with the tacos here I decided to write the first review because they are not even listed on Yelp, but they are a hidden gem for sure. But this time the usual quality wasn't there (they had a whole new team running the place, hope it's temporary and the old team will be back), so we've decided to try something new. So we saw this Tacos el Tucan and stopped by to try one taco and decide whether we should have the dinner here or keep looking. Two of us ended up with a dozen tacos here and we were happy we gave it a try. You won't find unique ingredients there, pretty much everything you can see in hundreds of other taco places in Baja, but the execution was right. For newbies, don't order all the tacos at once, get some, then get more fresh tacos, then get more until you are full. On the downside, I wish the place was a bit cleaner, but other than that - it was a really good experience.
