I tried the Prensado de Cochinillo "Bon Estar 50" which is Roasted Suckling Pig. When I ordered the dessert first, our waiter said he had to check if that could be done. They allowed it but I thought it was weird that he had to ask. We ordered the homemade catalan crema (creme brulee) based on their recommendation and it was delicious. Cole had the chocolate coolant and he enjoyed it. We ordered the Paella con mariscos for (2) and that was enough for the three of us. We also ordered (2) portions of bread. The bread order came with a whole tomato and a whole garlic clove unpeeled. I had never been served that way but "when in Rome". I cut that tomatoes, crushed the garlic, added olive oil salt n pepper and made us a little dip for the bread. When paella came out I was surprised that the shellfish did not come with the shell. The flavor of the paella was really good. We squeezed lemon on top and had an enjoyable meal.
