Now I find it and call I was told to come back and show the ad I did The pawn broker now says he can't find it I reach out to customer service via email I get a call back from Josh district manager only to be told it was on hold for another customer from the day before mind you they were already open 2 hours I said well if it wasn't up for sale why keep it available online he says cause it was still in their inventory I believe it was on hold for one of the pawn brokers or Josh district manager or family of theirs. I expect deceptive, , misleading, or false sales tactics from used cars salesmen but not from Ez Pawn. All Josh could say was sorry it was no longer available for sale even though it says it is online. He should had said we wasted an hour of your day plus gas we will no longer use these despective sales tactics online to get customers to come in to our store.

They called me and reminded me that i need to make a payment which they dont have to do but if they are going to call me to remind me then call me and let me know that its fixing to go out on the floor to be sold. I went in the day after Easter and they put it out that Saturday. I kept it there because it was safer there. They knew this and still they screwed me. They knew i would be in dince i came in every go*****n month!! Every month! I feel it was an inside job that they sold it to one of their relatives and when i asked about it , the 3 workers were acting real shady. They didnt want to answer any question that i had. They asked what I was trying to get for it, and gave me attitude even though what I was asking for was below the highest used price on the internet and basically said it's worthless. They don't know much about musical instruments considering every guitar they have there that is used is selling for more than a new one of that model.
