They can usually tell you immediately if they have something you're looking for in stock or not. They just flat out don't buy junk here, so you're left with a better quality selection at decent prices. They have a good selection of jewelry and computers. Not so much electronics. I was impressed by the variety of models (not just trains) available. When i am in need of models or supplies again in the future, this will be my first stop.
